Two pictures which some have seen before but thought I would put them together as they are taken in the same place. The first one is taken on Monday 21st February 1972. We’re hoping for deep snow but there was nothing and so we went again in 1973 and almost to the day we hit the jackpot. Same place one year after. Overnight on Sunday 18th of February 1973 it snowed like hell three days one year and three days later.
Here are East German Pacific’s 01-0507 and 01-0520 and 01-0530 and 01-0529 all working the same train the 15.28 Bebra to Leipzig at Honebach one year apart. Regards
